Panel Discussion on Controls - From Design to Install to Inspection

Join our four panelists – manufacturer, engineer, installer and inspector – to talk about the complicated process of getting the correct controls systems on a job.  Each panelist will talk about how they approach their job, what they do and the growing complexity of controls with new codes and lighting systems.  We will then open it up for questions from the audience and the moderator.

We will touch on subjects such as:

  • What is limiting and encouraging manufacturers and what we can see in the next year.
  • How do engineers approach a controls system based on the code and lighting design.
  • How has the installation and understanding of Control Systems gotten more complicated with the new codes and demands.
  • What does an inspector look for when auditing a building
